Even though I had a bit of a week off I still picked healthier options when I went out for dinner

Had more treats than I had intended to as week off kickstarter diet. Got car back on the road after 5 weeks without so was a lot less active.

I feel slimmer as my clothes are looser fitting now.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink enough every day - when I didn't drink enough water I craved sweet stuff. Get more sleep - I struggled more with both exercise and diet motivation on days after a short night sleep.

Going to 3 exercise classes and walking around 5 miles a day instead of driving for 2 further days

Made some bad food choices particularly over the weekend. have realised that my son's leftovers are an area of weakness and I forgot to track them too most times. I made my worst food choices on the days that I didn't drink enough water
