Back to eating my keto diet after all these vacations. All the cookies, and delicious bagels in the break room at work have been hard to pass up so I just take a big whif and walk on

I blew up my good progress with my keto and put on a few lbs. Vegas next week has me feeling like similar damage will be done. Gonna try to be as good as possible
