Non-scale victory of the week!

Halloween is here. Went downhill after ONE MINI PIECE OF CANDY. Omg I finally understand what the downward spiral is. Jfc.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

By not continuing to not give a damn ans go back to lazy habits after my sugar intake returned. >_

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Going to get back into making it easy for me to get up on time. Focus on myself and my goals. Though I sometimes have to many. Working on that in finding a good balance. I guess I always struggled with juggling. I guess this is what they mean by 'picking for one goal' kind of thing. I never understood how people could pick just ONE thing for their life. But at the same time like I'm thinking how do you focus so hard on art, working out, eating better, all theae changes at- once wait a second. Had a- the realization that.. this is a life style change for the same reason that makes it hard on me and easy for others. Plenty of people do multiple things but they come naturally... huh. I think I know what to do now ?

I didn't do very good at any of these. Expect for I guess not o er eating junk food. But I had 0 meal planning. This week I didn't feel very good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Slept better so I woke up better for yoga/pilates..but I didn't care too much this week. :T

To just focus a bit more on sleeping better again cuz when I do that I think better after exercising in the morning. This week was just a bit rough on me. Don't get me wrong I DIDN'T eat junk. I just didn't meal plan. If that makes sense. I could do better.

I STOPPES EATIMG JUNK FOOD FOR TWO WEEKS NOW! AND I've controlled my eating! I'm so happy I'm crying because even if I don't win I FEEL LIKE I'VE WON. I'm so glad I joined this diet bet because during it but not necessarily for it I've kicked my lack of self controls ASS.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've started working out every single morning AT MY OWN PACE instead of going right into hardcore crap like I dod that time way months ago which obviously didn't work then. But I've more than controled my eating I've found THE WAY THAT I WANT TO LIVE WITH FOOD and I'm so damn happy.

To continue and improve my preformances with doing and following along with blogilaties workouts on youtube! I love Cassey so so much and it's exactly what I want to get good at and get better at. She even has healthy clean eating videos so I want to give one to two recipes a try! ?

Non-scale victory of the week!

I haven't had ANY junk food expect for the SMALLEST piece of a homemade cheese cake sample from a friend at work who sells them for the holidays.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have exercised at home because it's been raining all week here since last Firday/Sunday. But because I have been eating just healthy I didn't want to add exercise right away (like on the treadmil which I have in the basement) because I was afraid of losing so much TOO fast. So I plan on starting exercise when I hit either 165 or 163ish to be safe. I shall see! I tend to feel it out when it comes to the 'ok next step' mindset.

To poasibly do a bit of exercise just nothing so huge. Like roller skating again this Saturday afternoon/evening! I haven't done it for years let alone since 2015s weight gain. So I was too heavy and healthily unfit I'll say instead TO roller skate the way that I used to. So this time I am ready to roll ;D hahasopunny

To try better instead of harder. I have this bad habit of either doing things too hard then I gain back or not doing anything and being sad about it. I just don't feel like me. I'm sick of that feeling. I was 135 before even 145 would be better! It's hard to do things alone.. but then I know it's just me being a pitty party. Just have to take things slower and improve. Not feep sorry for the weight that I am. On the upside I did start loosing. So that's good.
