I STOPPES EATIMG JUNK FOOD FOR TWO WEEKS NOW! AND I've controlled my eating! I'm so happy I'm crying because even if I don't win I FEEL LIKE I'VE WON. I'm so glad I joined this diet bet because during it but not necessarily for it I've kicked my lack of self controls ASS.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I've started working out every single morning AT MY OWN PACE instead of going right into hardcore crap like I dod that time way months ago which obviously didn't work then. But I've more than controled my eating I've found THE WAY THAT I WANT TO LIVE WITH FOOD and I'm so damn happy.

To continue and improve my preformances with doing and following along with blogilaties workouts on youtube! I love Cassey so so much and it's exactly what I want to get good at and get better at. She even has healthy clean eating videos so I want to give one to two recipes a try! ?
