What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Try and get more sleep as that has led to huge weight gain over the last few weeks .. working 12 days straight and long hours as shift work sucks and your body definitely suffers for it . So hopefully back on normal hours for the next couple of weeks will kickstart some loss .
