Non-scale victory of the week!
This is my 3rd Diet Bet, I’ve never won. I think the reason I don’t make it to the end is I lose weight at the beginning then stall out. But the past few weeks I’ve been eating better and exercising more, and I finally made it.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Friday’s kill me, I’m good all week then on Fridaybi go out to lunch with coworkers and wreck it all. Last Friday’s trip for BBQ was an especially big blow to my goals. I had to work all weekend to get back in track.

My wife is doing another diet bet and is almost to her goal so I’m planning on working out with her this week to provide support.
