Looking forward to the challenge! I am fine on my own, but I have a bad habit of giving in and eating junk food this time of year because I donโ€™t want to hurt anybodyโ€™s feelings when they offer it. Plus I want to make my own favorite sweets.

Also don't get down if you miss the mark one month. It's never too late to catch up and getting back up says a lot more about us than the few times we missed a step.
I'd also recommend taking additional progress pictures (in different outfits or from the side etc.) for yourself besides the ones required by the app.
Whether you're having a great day or a bad day remember sharing it as a community is part of this! :)
