What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I started this new program before I gained all the weight I lost in the last game. I didn't win my last game but I did lose 12 lbs. and maintained that loss for months! It was a frustrating plateau.

It has been a real roller coaster ride. Up and down, but finally I am showing a weight loss. Not much but it is in the right direction

Non-scale victory of the week!

I found a restaurant near my work place where they have a healthy buffet with multiple kinds of veggie dishes and salads. This really helped.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The evening eating is still a problem, but I am keeping it down (barely).
