Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m back on the Keto track and feel great!! I’m doing well with my IF and using my tracking apps. I’m using them everyday! And I got into a pair of size 14 Lucky Brand Jeans with no stretch in them! Real denim! From a size 22/24 to 14 since May 2018.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t exercise st at all and could’ve planned my meals better ahead of time.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I hope to reach my diet bet goal before the end of the game, for the first time ever!!

Started my period and still stayed on plan. Take that, cravings!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did great this week!!! Getting under 200 was a huge goal of mine and I was super motivated!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have a lot of people asking me about my weightloss recently, which is super cool!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I lost a lot of weight at the beginning of the week, like it just fell off! BUT, since Tues I’ve been not doing well with my eating. Still losing a bit, but eating a half a loaf of pumpkin bread is NOT Keto and I need to do better!!! #kcko

I know shark week is coming this week, so I hope I can keep my cravings in check, since they’re bad after messing up with that pumpkin bread! Darn you, carbs!! Haha

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went down 2 bra sizes and 1 whole clothing size at Torrid!! I bought the CUTEST off the shoulder dress for a party this weekend, when I NEVER would have worn off the shoulder in the past. Everyone said I looked great and it made me even more motivated to keep going!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve kept track better, using my Lifesum app. I also had the stomach flu, so the weight loss is a bit of a fluke this last week, but I’ll take it!
