Non-scale victory of the week!

found found my kryptonite. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk in a squeezable package. Over the last month I have had “oh just a little squeeze” that turned into 4-5 squeezes (most likely 1/4c) I have eaten 2 packets & hiding it from my husband. I can’t have anymore in the house. I had done so well after The holidays… I have to get back on the “pay attention” train!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Took a 5mile hike in the woods & 10,000+ steps a day while Camping. Drank at least 80oz of water a day

Non-scale victory of the week!

So proud of myself! No late night snacking all week! No desserts except on 2 days had 1/2 a Built bar. Been drinking at least 60oz of water but up to 100oz on a couple of days

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Walked more. Only did 8 miles total for 7 days.
