What do you feel you could have done better this week?

After being so successful with my weigh in from the end of my last challenge, I let my diet go off the rails a little bit. Also I have been very stressed and very very busy in my life and having job changes and a lot of school work that I am behind on so the stress has not been helping in general.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel lighter and more flexible.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

We had 3 birthday parties, and though I didn't go crazy and I did avoid pizza, I ate a little bit of cake with all 3.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lots of time in the gym and 98% PERFECT on my diet!!! (One slip up but corrected path very fast).
