I have a few for this past week! My choker that I used to have to use a hair bow to extend so it wouldn't hurt me when I wear it, now fits and I can fit my fingers in it when I have it on, I never want to take it off now!! Another one is last night I went out with friends and didn't break my diet for food that would have been bad for me, instead I got a nice salad and the only bad thing was it was like 50% dressing, a good thing about that though is I would have used to LOVED eating something like that, I needed a full cup of dressing on my salads to enjoy them but now I just want to enjoy the flavor, it was a big win to realize!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Speaking of the salad incident last night, I should have asked for my dressing on the side instead of accepting 300 calories of dressing lol I've also not been pushing as hard at the gym, I need to start digging deeper again so I can get back up to my 5 mile runs a day instead of accepting 4.8.
