Brought my own food to friends house instead of ordering out to Panera!

Some days I could have done better at the gym, most days I just did cardio and left.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got to take a few inches in on my belt and now my some of my pants are fitting so much better or are too big now!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I had a pretty good week a could have done more with weight training because I mainly did just run this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have a few for this past week! My choker that I used to have to use a hair bow to extend so it wouldn't hurt me when I wear it, now fits and I can fit my fingers in it when I have it on, I never want to take it off now!! Another one is last night I went out with friends and didn't break my diet for food that would have been bad for me, instead I got a nice salad and the only bad thing was it was like 50% dressing, a good thing about that though is I would have used to LOVED eating something like that, I needed a full cup of dressing on my salads to enjoy them but now I just want to enjoy the flavor, it was a big win to realize!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Speaking of the salad incident last night, I should have asked for my dressing on the side instead of accepting 300 calories of dressing lol I've also not been pushing as hard at the gym, I need to start digging deeper again so I can get back up to my 5 mile runs a day instead of accepting 4.8.

I really need to set a sleep schedule in stone so I can work on my steaming again but I havent been able to find the best balance of when to going to bed will actually give me enough sleep.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

When I'm with friends and they want food I have a hard time picking things because I dont want to be the only one eating like salad so I'll end up getting something not really on my current diet plan and I feel that sets me back a bit.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I'm in the middle of my monthly so I'm trying to continue pushing through it at the gym even though I feel drained and uncomfortable. I don't want to give in to comfort food becasue that has always been a problem for me and I hope when the extra bloating goes down I will be a few pounds less.
