Non-scale victory of the week!

I went bismark and didn’t get hammered had a couple drinks then went swimming.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Working out I bruised my tailbone and that slowed me down.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did most of my workouts this week. Plus I got bucked off my horse on Saturday and rode again on Sunday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food I did so bad this past weekend it was truly my weak end.
