Getting over my esteem issues. I gained the weight so fast and it has seemed like an impossible obstacle to loose it.

I'm trying to sleep and exercise more. I know I dont sleep enough and being tired snowballs into a several other issues- mainly not having the energy to work out as much as I would like.
