Non-scale victory of the week!
Improving at knowing when I’m full and haven’t finished a single meal all week. I didn’t go shopping for food and smoking less, so saving money tooh

I’m still eating sweets chocolate and crisps between 1-2 meals aday. maybe i wouldnt be hungry to snack if i had 3 meals or ate sooner than 10 hrs apart

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
practice routine tasks and times for: sleep (12-6/8am)- food (10/11am-5/6pm)- tablets and physio (9am-4pm)- exercise/ cleaning job 1-2hrs at 12pm (other general cleaning can be quick and unplanned)- hygeine (every other night altnerati g shower to start and shower to end day)- smoke every other day (nicotine patches for days off if needed)
