What do you feel you could have done better this week?

it’s not been a good week it’s not been a horrible week I’ve let my emotions take over again this week I wish I were stronger I wish I had more control I do not recognize the person I see in the mirror where did I go am I still in there? i think I am.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Today was not the best day. It’s my 6th day working and I’m tired. I had to rush to work and didn’t eat before I went. I had two cups of coffee and worked non stop until 12:30. Started to feel really light headed so I reached for the closest thing I could find which was a gronola bar and a small bag of cheese it’s. I’m so disappointed in myself. I can feel myself wanting to sit and binge instead of workout. I will update tomorrow what the outcome is.
