Non-scale victory of the week!

I ordered a size 16 Calvin Klein dress and it was too big! I’ve also had a lot of people noticing my weight loss lately so even though the number on the scale hasn’t moved much I must be losing inches!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Lacking on some sleep this passed week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made my diet bet! I’ve really gotten back into the swing of things and back on the bandwagon. Even started jogging! Did a mile and a half without stopping!

Broke a into a new low again! I also did better with my diet this week. Also broke a step record for the work week hustle! 96k

Probably could have skips a few sweets and diet soda and of course more sleep

Non-scale victory of the week!

I averaged 17k+ steps every day this week! Also went shopping and had way too much fun trying on cute stuff. Shopping is definitely a lot more fun when you can fit into the “normal” sizes. I do have a lot of hanging skin now because of how much weight I have lost but I love being able to fit into stuff I’d actually want to wear even if it’s not the most flattering thing for my belly hang

I have been bad about binging on the weekends. I did it again Saturday. I don’t know what I’m self sabotaging! I’m going to try to do better this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done a lot of things better this week. I ended up totally binging over the weekend for no reason. Candy.. fast foods.. cookies. Feel like total garbage but I’m getting back track today.

I’m starting to feel a little thinner but man the weight is coming off a lot slower now! Gotta fight for everyone lb!

Defiantly didn’t do great on my sleep. Average barely 5 hours.. also could have skipped some of those Reese hearts too..

Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally broke my plateau of 240! Starting to be able to taste onderland! Started doing P90x with my twin and still getting my cardio steps in. I couldn’t have dreamed of doing that 130lbs ago.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have went from barely fitting into 3x/26-28 to a large/16-18. I can mostly shop at normal stores now! I am feeling good about myself and my fitness level. I made it through the holidays eating what i wanted but not over doing it or falling off the bandwagon. I have made exercise a habit that I didn’t let excuses stop.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten a little healthier. I kinda ate out a lot and had ice cream on a regular basis.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally under 250! Down a full total of 125 lbs!! This was a big milestone because I haven’t been under that in over 6 years! Cut it pretty close this game but I really worked hard the last two weeks and it paid off!

More sleep and more water

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got a pedicure and it was so easily to sit there comfortably getting my chair message. At the first of the year it was almost painful and super embrassing to try to fit into the chair and keep both my feet together propped up and still for her to work on them. This time was a totally relaxing experience instead of stressful and embrassing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have ate healthier this week. Definitely ate some candy and fast food. I could have made some healthier choices and of course always need more sleep and waTer!

Keep up the momentum with my workouts and try to push myself beyond my limits. Also I want to try to be more aware of what I am putting in my body for fuel.
