What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
For me the hardest part is activity. That's how I have gotten to this weight. I hurt my back 3 yrs ago and have been having Lt hip/back pain and spasms since. I've gained 70 lbs and injections did not help. During that time I also had surgery for a very large fibroid. I have had 3 surgeries on my right knee and 1 on my left which limits some exercises. The pool is going to be my best friend through this journey since I am in excruciating pain after standing more than 20 minutes.
