I stuck to my fast!!! I did a 3 day fast and usually within the first day I give up and say oh well. But I did and manage to shed 2kg

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would have like to do a bit more walking. But just don’t have the energy. But I’m bumping my cals up so I can do a bit for exercise

I’m so impressed I actually stuck to my diet plan and I exercise a decent amount
