Nada.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just got back from eating badly while on vacay, time to get back to it! I lost the last diet bet after winning the first 2 games. I also joined this game late but I’m determined to meet my goal this time around

Non-scale victory of the week!

Nothing this week. Fell off my diet during Halloween and gained a little over a pound.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Time to hustle! Last week before the DietBet ends and still 4-5 pounds away from my goal. I plan to keep it low carb and low sodium this week + exercise at least 6 days!

No NSV this week :-/

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I went over my daily calorie intake two to three times this week, and I only exercised 4 times when I usually aim for 6 times a week.
