Non-scale victory of the week!

Starting to go to the gym again. I stopped for about a month due to some personal issues but I've been 4 times out of the last 5 days which I'm pretty happy about.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Cutting out some chocolate that I shouldn't be eating. It's just unnecessary calories that I'm putting into my body.

Try to cut out chocolate and drink more water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Looking back at old pictures and comparing them side by side and noticing a difference! It makes me so much more positive looking forward.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not ate the little bit of chips that I had the one night. I also could have drank more water for two day this past week.

Drink the required amount of water per day this week. Also up the amount of gym time I get in.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a side to side comparison of a full body picture, and I can actually see a difference!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have resisted a little more when it came to food. There was a potluck at work so I had a piece of cake and some bread which I've been trying to avoid for a while.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to get back on track when it comes to diet. Stick with the foods I can eat and avoid the ones I shouldn't. I also slacked a little this week (only went to the gym 4 times) so to go a little more often, but I did stick with my goal to stay there longer. I want to start doing some at home workouts to add as well, just to do some squats and sit-ups and all that instead of only cardio.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find that my mind set changes and I start to cave thinking that I'm not going to lose the weight so why cut out the food that I like (I.e. junk food). But this time, I plan on making a change and to stick to this throughout the whole time!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To increase the time spent at the gym every day. I've been doing 25min a day 6 times a week, but would like to increase to 30min a day instead. I would also love to try new recipes this week to see if I can add more variety to my meals.
