Non-scale victory of the week!
Starting to go to the gym again. I stopped for about a month due to some personal issues but I've been 4 times out of the last 5 days which I'm pretty happy about.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Cutting out some chocolate that I shouldn't be eating. It's just unnecessary calories that I'm putting into my body.
