I had a good talk with my boyfriend yesterday It was long over due Popcorn with no oil and nutritional yeast rocks!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked/ran a total of 7 miles today. I did a 2 mike run in the morning and then walked to the offoce then I. The evening I walked another 1.5 miles

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really need to stop eating after 7!!! Stop!!

Watch it over the weeekd !! Bring your owns snacks have a small snack and ask yourself — do I really need another one? Or three?!? Have a fun low calorie drink instead of constantly eating something

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went for my 2 mike run!! No excuses And I threw a bunch of veggies into the instant pot and had a great dinner. I want to try to stop eating after 7 pm though. Today had dinner at 7:25... So close

This is a daily journal sonim taking it one day at a time. For lunch I sautéed extra veggies and pot them into my roommates very heavy sausage potato soup. But it was great it really filled me up and was satisfying. After work and before my run I had two cookies. I was able to really savor and enjoy them and I didn’t eat more- that’s a win for me. I just had some veggie soup- I hope I didn’t balloon. But prior to the veggie soup I weighed in at 147.6!! But that was after my shower naked. With some clothes on I was 148.2 Still I’ll take that! Maybe tomorrow it will say. 147 I just have to focus because I’m going to visit my parents and I become very thoughtless with my eating. I plan on packing some soup to go!! Amy do it! I want to see 147 tomorrow night. Oh and I drank a lot of water today

Non-scale victory of the week!

This weekend was not so good I went out in l.a. and definitely over ate- so Today I started the day with a 2 mike jo-walk. It’s not much but I’m trying to just make sure I get out and moving. For lunch today I had sautéed kale and a 1/4 c brown rice. For dinner I had my favorite Cajun chicken sandwich. We went for a little walk after dinner. I think it made a difference. I was really worried about the scale after this weekend but — it actually shows that I’m down 1.8 lbs! It is 8:20 pm and sometimes I mess up and snack at this time so I’m feeling good right now and I think I can stay away from any unnecessary eating for the rest of the night!

Drank apple cider vinegar water. Seem to drink a little more water than usual

Eat regular schedule meals even if busy. Stop eating in the grocery store while shopping! No food after 7!!!!
