Non-scale victory of the week!
I stopped eating after 7pm
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I am eating smaller portions, and resisting eating out. Although my knees hurt so I have not really been working out like I should and I really need to get of the gluten because I am allergic to it and it bloats me up, and causes my endometriosis to hurt more, but it's so hard I love bread. Maybe this week I will eat less of it, like maybe just eat one roll instead of 3.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
To be very aware of how much I am putting into my mouth. Try to workout more, and more intensely and always try to make it fun, and have good music otherwise I lose interest.
