Non-scale victory of the week!

This week I've started to meal prep and it makes everything so much easier. As for my real victory, jeans are starting to get a bit bigger and I can finally fit into my old shorts.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've stayed on track more, I've have too many cheat days/meals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Starting to lose my belly a little bit. The over hanging part is going down.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've worked out at least one more day and not have gone over board on Thursday and Saturday was not supposed to be a cheat day...
