Back to using my fitness pal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating, exercising, effort.... during the holiday I undid all my previous efforts from the two prior diet bets.. new year, new outlook, new DietBet! Here’s to a new and more consistent me!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went for a walk by myself in the evening. I typically do my workouts and walking in the morning with a partner.. also took advantage of the daily burn trial and did a short workout.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Wished I’d been active on the weekend rather than taking the days off.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was able to wear a pair of shorts I hadn’t worn in a looong time.. making better choices with meal moderation. Added TRX to my workout regimen this week. Woke up this morning with no pain in my feet!!!
