Non-scale victory of the week!

A lot of temptation to go off diet this week but I stayed strong for the most part. May have had an extra helping of Halo ice cream but that was the worst of it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My boyfriend told me that if I lose any more weight he's going to fatten me foie gras style. He's a chef so that was his version of a compliment, lol. The NSV is that I've finally reached the point where the weight loss and all my hard effort is noticeable! Oh and I survived trick or treating without sneaking a single piece of candy!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I took a picture and saw a pinprick of light shining through the dark abyss that is my thunder thighs. Did my eyes deceive me or is there a thigh gap on the horizon???!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel pretty good about this week. Did not get as many steps as usual but my priorities centered on midterms so I have no regrets.
