I had hoped to exercise but I had a full day teaching and then coursework.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Today I'm starting anew. Two days of not feeling well and not sticking to my checklist meant my eating didn't stick either. But I'm not going to live in a failure bound mindset. My joints still ache but I'm supercharged and feeling better. Having better health is indwelt an NSV.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stuck to my eating plan with Weight Watchers.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I cheated on a cup of baked lays and two cookies. But I didn't binge. I stopped and that was a good feeling.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could'be skipped the cookies and had a piece of fruit or just tea.

One day at a time of planning. Stick with weight watchers point system, stay on target with C25K and sleep enough.

Woke up this morning and didn't feel regret because I didn't go over my Weight Watcher points.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have started this DietBet sooner but it's time to focus on the mission at hand rather than on yesterday's regrets.

Stay on my Weight Watcher's plan. Work the C25K app. Sleep more. Plan out meals and deadlines, stop getting anxious about deadlines, and just do them without overthinking things.
