Lost more weight which is good since I had a couple bad days

Still no sport which is NOT good as I’m probably loosing more muscle than fat

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I lack long term motivation and eat when I feel stressed. I don’t exercise anymore at all. I find excuses : I’m too old, too tired.
