went on a bender and ate a large portion of my nephews first birthday cake prior to it being served. wont ever do that again, I'm embarrassed.

After eating tons last week, I broke a tooth and it was super hard to eat. I used this to my advantage and ate mostly soups.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Now that I'm getting better, I will try to stay away from soups and eat more solids like veggies that help keep me full also less sodium!

Haven't had bread all week. Unless burgers and hotdogs, no Italian bread either

Late night fruit and cool whip binges have to go. Read the ingredients and saw high fructose corn syrup, yuck

Went to Mother's Day buffet and stuck to one small plate

Late night I had watermelon, and yogurt. I want to stop snacking so late at night before bed so my body can digest foods when I am awake
