Non-scale victory of the week!

I celebrated a couple of successes with weight loss and at work this week and though i allowed myself since ice cream,I stopped! I didn't binge and I got back on track!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I started to creep back into nighttime eating. I need to curb that.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed in track this week all of my eating and workouts!

I need more sleep. I need to go to bed earlier whenever I can.

Get to bed by 9:30. Stay on track with food. Change to my new workout and running plan.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm visualizing my mental tank staying full to keep my willpower strong in the afternoon. I've been resisting the afternoon urge to munch.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need more sleep. There is a clear connection between my lack of sleep and my ability to resist binging in the afternoon.

Sleep at least 7 hours every night. Sick to the plan and finish strong!!!
