What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My weight fluctuates drastically, making it difficult to stay encouraged. It seems that as soon as I make my goal weight for a session, then my weight will immediately go up, making it that much harder to meet the next goal. But overall, I know I am losing weight, and am grateful to have met all my milestone weight goals so far. Will definitely need to do the DietBet maintenance program when this one is finished.
