Non-scale victory of the week!
Continued with my 6 small meals for the most part. Except for thur - Saturday. Ate a piece of my granddaughters birthday cake and i gained a pound! Really. Ugh. Didn't exercise for 4 days. Traveled to San Antonio because my father in the hospital. So didn't get to workout much. Hopeful to get that last few pounds to reach my goal
