Non-scale victory of the week!

Continued with my 6 small meals for the most part. Except for thur - Saturday. Ate a piece of my granddaughters birthday cake and i gained a pound! Really. Ugh. Didn't exercise for 4 days. Traveled to San Antonio because my father in the hospital. So didn't get to workout much. Hopeful to get that last few pounds to reach my goal

Non-scale victory of the week!

For the most part i tried to eat good. It was hard hitting 1200 calories a day. Plus just able to get back on the elliptical but doing other resistance trsinibg for 15 minutes every morning.

Eating better and one more day of Evercise

Prep my meals for the week. Stick to those meals and snacks. No alcohol what so ever. Exercise twice a day10-15 minutes. Be around positive people and encourage others and I will in turn feel better of myself to do better.

Staying focused, staying in more than 2weeks, gaining weight instead of losing. Eating chocolate. The motivation to Exercise to get toned.
