Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been thinking about how all of my clothes at my heaviest don’t fit me anymore and I’ve gone down five pant sizes. I am a size medium not a large anymore like I’ve been for the past five years. Everyone says I look great and asked me if I’m done losing weight which I’m not sure. I just continue to eat the way I’ve been the past couple years

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve worked out more but I’m just too tired I feel like I’m almost at my limit at times and I don’t want to exhaust myself. When I don’t work six days in a row I work out more…

I worked out the other day and I didn’t even feel sore the following day. I must be getting in better shape

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

not sure.. I’ve been drinking more water and watching what I eat and I even made time to work out. I always say it’s a plus if I can get someone to join me when I exercise

I still like what I see in the mirror after my vacation. I just got back on the 21st. I’m ready to maintain. I gained 5 lbs but I’m confident I’ll lose it again.

I feel like an all star because I pretty much reached my breaking point after a 6 day work week so I ate half of a pint of blueberries

I love my ⌛️ figure and I finally feel confident enough to wear a crop top. I just bought this cute one and I got one of those shirts that tie in the back

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I stopped tracking to give my mind a rest and honestly I’m glad I did because I still lost more weight and stuck to keep. However, I forgot to eat breakfast the last 2 times I stayed over josh’s. I didn’t even realize until the afternoon the 2nd time that happened.

enjoy my new body since I’m 1 lb away from my goal weight then reevaluate how I feel in a month and see if I could afford to lose more (maybe get down to 130)
