Non-scale victory of the week!
I’ve been thinking about how all of my clothes at my heaviest don’t fit me anymore and I’ve gone down five pant sizes. I am a size medium not a large anymore like I’ve been for the past five years. Everyone says I look great and asked me if I’m done losing weight which I’m not sure. I just continue to eat the way I’ve been the past couple years
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could’ve worked out more but I’m just too tired I feel like I’m almost at my limit at times and I don’t want to exhaust myself. When I don’t work six days in a row I work out more…
