Non-scale victory of the week!

My booty is looking perkier! I also ordered some gym clothes from Gymshark, worried it would be too small and I would have to return it, but it actually fit! Some of those things are even a little too loose. Yay

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have found a way to get more sleep.

I found out I’m aiming for too much protein. I’m going to change my protein intake, and space it out more through my feeding period, so I can maximize my muscle gains!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went on a hike this past weekend, and didn’t feel like I was going to die haha.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Find a routine for my weekends, so that I’m not just eating to eat, even thought it’s during my feeding periods.
