Non-scale victory of the week!

Focusing on other aspects of my health - like my skincare. My A1c does not indicate pre-diabetes and my cholesterol is still in good range. Set new goals for both.

Too many trips for fast food and diet soda.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went out for Indian with co-workers and skipped the rice and naan and split two great menu items.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a small slice of cake to celebrate my birthday and it really wasn't worth the feeling of disappointment.
