Find some motivation eg Instagram accounts or Pinterest quotes, you can do this otherwise you wouldn’t have joined our game we are all in!! Good luck we can do this!!

  • I’ve never done a #facetoface photo but I’m feelin good! The photo on the left I took before I began my journey in early August. I wore a full face of makeup and felt beautiful. The photo on the right I took the other day with no face makeup and about a 20 lb difference - feeling more beautiful than before! Some days have been extremely difficult but taking this journey by day has been helpful! The transformation is small but I’m loving myself more everyday! We can do this y’all, don’t forget to celebrate the small victories. Even the smallest thoughts we change about how we see ourselves is growth💛

Okay so maybe I'm the only one here but I was wondering if maybe there are also people who don't work out at all? 😂🙈 I know working out is important but I work to 10 hours a day, being on my feet (at McDonald's haha yay me 😵) and after that I'm just too tired. Any other not working out people here... maybe? 🙈

I have weeks where I’m super pumped and work out 3-4 times but have more weeks where I just do small low impact things at home, so I try to focus more on my eating habits and have found that intermittent fasting for 12-15 hrs a night helps me the most. Since my eating window is smaller my meals are smaller too because I’m not as hungry, eating 3 meals within a 6-9 hr window. Also, I have become more of a devout Catholic in the recent months and have increased my prayer life and noticed that has tremendously helped me to have better control over certain aspects of my life, one of them being binging. Hope this helps!

I have not worked out at all. I as well work Mon-Fri and I'm just exhausted when I leave work. Then I usually pick up my teenage daughter from high school. It's really hard for me. I get lazy. I'm so tired. I understand you. We have to somehow GET MOTIVATED!

HAPPY MONDAY!!!
First off, I want to say I AM SO PROUD OF EVERYONE!!!!
Whether you made your goal or not, i am BEYOND proud. Ive said this in the past multiple times but I am going to say it again!!
NO MATTER WHAT, YOU ARE A WINNER!!
You putting yourself in this game took a risk, and you taking a risk on yourself says a ton! It shows that you are ready and want to lose that weight! Seeing that you have to lose that 4% of weight before the game starts can make you think that you cant do it BUT YOU CAN!! Determination, consistency, willpower and motivation is what you need.
Second thing I wanted to say is....NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!
Cant wait to host the next game!
