My victory was that I did not give up! When I got off track, I didn't throw in the towel. I kept trying to do better even when I messed up. Even though I ate more than I planned, and worked out less than I planned, I stuck with it and still lost weight!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I did a good job adding healthy foods into my diet, but did not do a good enough job of eliminating empty calories. I need to let my husband and son eat their junk food without letting myself get carried away with them!

1. EXERCISE - Longer and more-frequent exercise sessions.
2. DIET - Indulge in HEALTHY treats like yogurt and frozen fruit/yogurt bars... NOT total junk like the candy, donuts, Ben & Jerry's, and movie theater popcorn I am guilty of munching on last week.
