I did yoga on Sunday for the first time in 5 3/4 weeks since i had hysterectomy surgery on Oct. 1.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

a whole let better on my nutrition.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been working out faithfully for over a year. My husband and I went on a bike ride and I usually struggle to keep up. This time I didn’t. :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not give in to indulgences.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Do my best to be 100% with nutrition for the majority of the week. Friday night and Saturday I will be celebrating my birthday, so I know my healthy choices will be a bit limited.

Non-scale victory of the week!

We were on a cruise for our 20th Anniversary. I ate all the foods and gained 7 pounds from the 20 I had lost. :( We did however exercise on the ship.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have chosen healthier foods, but we were on vacation and I wanted a care free 2 weeks. I will pay dearly now though, but I am ok with that. It doesn’t happen often.

I’m starting to swim in my clothes so I have had to get rid of a couple shirts.

I’m still struggling a bit with emotional snacking, but did much better this week.

I food prepped a lot on Saturday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Find an alternative to stress that doesn’t include food. I did win my last DietBet that ended on Monday, so I’m pretty proud.
