Non-scale victory of the week!
Working out both days I was away on business.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Had a couple of drinks and a few treats at a work conference, in the last day, that had me stressing about the weigh in. Even though I didn’t have co tell over my food, I could have controlled my drinking and eating of desserts.
