No victory

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could of resisted Thanksgiving dinner a bit better because I put on some weight and fell off my diet. Kind of disappointed in myself.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got back on my keto bandwagon after a weekend of badness lol

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This past weekend I fell off my keto and landed in the life of carbs. With having family and a big birthday bash for my gramma it was hard to resist all the goodies around. I ended up gaining a few pounds :( but this wont stop me. Back on my keto I go and stepping up on my exercises. I know got this.
