didnt really have a victory this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I kinda binged after winner the diet bet this pasted week and went up like 6+ lbs. I'm sure most of that is water weight from all the salt and carbs.

definitely a non scale victory, I'm officially down 4 pant sizes!!! Went from 22/24 down to a 16!!!!

I could had ate more fresh veggies and consumed more water!
