Eating reasonably at a party and choosing foods instead of throwing caution to the wind.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to two different parties this weekend and didn’t drink or eat a thing! I had water and enjoyed the company.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I can improve on my daily water intake and I would like to be eating more Whole Foods and not processed foods. I also would like to start meditating daily again to manage stress.

I bought a size 10 dress off the rack! Going to a memorial and I just grabbed a dress off the sales rack and it fit!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I said no to a Bliss Bar at Starbucks and I ate as planned at the hospital during a family member’s surgery (8 hours at the hospital).

I could have been more active. I did pre-plan my food and drink my water

I didn’t eat a piece of Halloween candy on Halloween and totally stuck to the food I’d planned to eat!

Drink more water and get better sleep.
