Eating and drinking in moderation and resisting second helpings and work treats!

I didn't chose very healthy snacks a couple times. I need to be better at eating regularly to control my hunger.

Thanksgiving is coming up, I want to aim for portion control and not over indulging, and to log everything no matter what. I want to aim for one workout on a day that I don't have a scheduled class.
