Did a face to face from January and saw how much thinner my face looks. Motivated to keep going but made me shock how I used to look.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn’t plan enough for meals ended up ordering dominos. One cheat day won’t kill me so I got back on track today. Went grocery shopping so I know next week will be better.
