My clothes were fitting better

Saying no to more sweets. But overall I did way better than what I would have eaten last year

I resisted a lot of tempting food and when I did give in chose the smallest option

I got carried away on the weekend, after one cheat meal I couldn’t get back on track and had the mentality to just “ruin” the weekend

I was really sick this week so I didn’t get as much activity in and I was tempted by Halloween candy
