Non-scale victory of the week!

Went out to dinner and kept my portions in check. No appetizers, no drinks, no onion battered onion with my steak. Started eatong salads for lunch again and feeling good about it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Workouts. Everyone was sick this week so workouts didn't happen. Time to kock things up a notch this upcoming week.
