First goal I've missed.. Gutted.
Can't say I feel I have a nsv for it. I still have this annoying cold.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I've been sick last two weeks so just diet control no exercise and it's really frustrating. I was 0.2kg off my goal. The first two wks of the month the scale didn't move at all, that was also really frustrating. I have to do better.
