Non-scale victory of the week!

First goal I've missed.. Gutted. Can't say I feel I have a nsv for it. I still have this annoying cold.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've been sick last two weeks so just diet control no exercise and it's really frustrating. I was 0.2kg off my goal. The first two wks of the month the scale didn't move at all, that was also really frustrating. I have to do better.

Increase my exercise levels again and the I can increase my food a bit because this intensity of counting is a bit boring.

Happy New Year! My birthday, Christmas and New year at home after year living away , was glorious but not healthy but was very happy

First classes this week I didn t wanna throw up in since I started , hurray

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I haven't been taking in enough calories a few days this week , at times felt hungry and tired. Which has mad cravings and work outs harder.
