With the gym closed for 2 days and loads of work, it was hard to get back to the routine, but I adjusted and got back on it. And I rocked the 99 cent store Saturnalia challenge ala Ru Paul’s drag race, as indicated by the picture.

My clothes fit looser. Big jump in performance at the gym. Broke small sweat where 6 months ago I was dripping with sweat from a less intense 30 min on the treadmill. Bad side is that my calorie burn is less on AMRAPs.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Well, I would've said eat bettet with the holiday, but since I dropped a large amount of weight, I appeared to balance the holiday food.
