Tracked even the bad days.

Not had soda, stayed under 2000 calories.

Didn't gain weight in spite of weekend travel and a movie date involving Mr. Pibb and a large popcorn!

Tracked Saturday and Sunday while they were happening. Didn't track Sat. at all.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This past week J and I celebrated our 20th anniversary in Eureka Springs and then a few days later I flew down to the Valley to visit MLDN. I stayed on track much better at Mandie's! Still up a bit on the scale from last month though.

Yesterday I burned more calories than I ate. 1700 vs 1500.

I fit into my old purple running pants / skirt. It's been about 5 years!

Had just one cookie or brought my own snack to the faculty meeting.

Exercising 30-60min a day.

Not eaten as many sweets. Yesterday I ate a snickers almond bar at lunch and 1.5 on cookies later on.

My feet hardly bother me anymore, and they had hurt for at least the past year because of plantar fasciitis.

Fewer treats this past weekend.
