Chose mussels at my anniversary dinner at Ermilio's rather than heavy pasta.

Not eaten so much movie popcorn Wed and then again Thursday driving home from ESprings.

No dessert at last night's Super Bowl party, but lots of chocolate and cake this past week derailed me.

1400.calories each day of real food, minimal treats. Today is Valentine's. I need to do without sugar for the next month. I need a total reset.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can now button my entire green barn coat. No more leaving the bottom button undone.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No eaten a bunch of Sees's candies yesterday. My girls' birthdays this past month and multiple parties meant 4 opportunities for cake/ice cream. Also Halloween candy. Ugh.

Didn't eat brownies last night with the rest of my family. 2 days ago I had 2.5 Lindor chocolates. . . Not 9!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating fewer calories a week ago would have meant not having to have a 750 calorie day yesterday.

Didn't gain weight in spite of weekend travel and a movie date involving Mr. Pibb and a large popcorn!

Non-scale victory of the week!

This past week J and I celebrated our 20th anniversary in Eureka Springs and then a few days later I flew down to the Valley to visit MLDN. I stayed on track much better at Mandie's! Still up a bit on the scale from last month though.
