Non-scale victory of the week!
just bought size 14 skinny jeans and I FIT INTO THEM! I also wore a size medium shirt to school the other day and it wasn’t too tight. I haven’t worn that shirt since I was a sophomore in high school.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
worked out more. I have a membership and my family has been going for walks at night I just have so much homework and studying to do that I feel guilty.
