What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have to learn how to avoid emotional eating. It's a big problem and in starting to see with the help of this app how it's been hurting my health. Hadn't paid attention to it before. So until I can find a way to conquer eating my emotions, I give up!

Non-scale victory of the week!

More exercise paid off and I up'd the ante by jogging a quarter mile. I did it nonstop and I liked how it felt. Goal is to not get winded

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week was especially hard. Received some bad news and I back slid a bit. I initially lost 2lbs but then I gained 1lb back. But I'm not giving up.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lost 2lbs this weekend. It's a good start. Hoping I can keep it up. Today is first day at the gym. Going at 5pm. Hope this is good workout
